"Slow replies and not very helpful"
I had to reach out to GW Linens about an order issue, the waiting got annoying fast. It took a couple of days just to get a response, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really solve anything.
They weren’t rude, but I don’t have the patience to keep following up for basic help. It felt like I was doing all the chasing, and overall it just wasn’t a great experience.

"Honestly didn’t feel worth it"
At first the prices seemed okay, but once my order arrived I just felt disappointed. I was already feeling mentally drained that week, and opening this up didn’t help. The fabric felt thin and kind of basic for what I paid. I’ve bought cheaper linens elsewhere that felt nicer. Delivery was fine, but overall I don’t think the value for money is there

"My order took way longer to arrive than..."
My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking was basically useless most of the time. I kept checking for updates and ended up having to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. Even then, it still showed up late, and the whole thing made me feel like my order wasn’t really a priority. Not the best first experience, honestly.

"I was really hoping these sheets would..."
I was really hoping these sheets would be soft and comfortable, but they felt cheap right out of the package. The fabric was scratchy against my skin and just didn’t feel nice to sleep on. i felt let down because I was looking forward to cozy new sheets.

I ordered the queen sheets, but they were way too tight on my mattress. The corners keep popping off almost every night, which is super annoying. Definitely not the fit I was expecting 😩

"Didn't hold up After one wash"
I washed it one time and the fabric already started feeling really thin. kinda disappointing because I expected it to last Longer than that

"Definitely not as soft as I hoped"
I really wanted to like these, but they’re just not soft or comfy at all. They feel rough against my skin, and even after washing them, they didn’t get any better. Still scratchy, still not cozy, and I don’t sleep well in them. I wish I had gone with something else, and if this is the quality, I’ll probably be switching to a different brand next time
